You just have to show up and let the rest happen slowly.

This time, we are adding something different. A long sheet of paper will run across the room. No instructions. No rules. Just paint, markers, and space to leave your mark. By the end of the night, that paper will hold everything that could not fit into words. Laughter. Confession. Anger. Tenderness. At the end, the paper comes apart. You take your piece home. The rest stays in the room.
