Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance is simply dancing without rules. No steps to learn, no right or wrong way to move, just you and the music, letting your body do whatever it wants.

And when you stop controlling how you move, something shifts. Your body relaxes, releases, and finds its own kind of joy.

This session is facilitated by Lenaisha, founder of Sisterhood & Shenanigans, who has spent years helping over 130 women feel at home in their bodies not through therapy on a couch, but through movement, play, and having a really good time.
