The flour is on the table. Your hands are about to get messy. This is not a cooking class. It is a pasta making session where you roll, cut, and shape your own dinner.

No recipes to memorize. No chef hovering over your shoulder. Just dough, a little guidance, and the satisfaction of eating something you made with your own hands.

You work. You eat. You sit with strangers who are also covered in flour. That is the whole night.
