Over the last few years, Soul with a Sole has hosted more than 100 supper clubs and served over 650 bowls of ramen through 30 editions of Ramen Lovers Club.

What started as a one-off experiment somehow became one of our longest-running food obsessions.

So we're bringing it back.

At the centre of the evening is a vegan ramen built on a 48-hour broth made from vegetables, mushrooms, black garlic and more patience than we'd like to admit. Paired with handmade noodles, house tare, toppings, condiments and all the little tweaks we've picked up from serving hundreds of bowls over the years.

You'll start with a house-brewed kombucha shot and our signature umami-coated makhana, settle into a bowl of ramen built exactly the way you like it, and finish with our Sticky Toffee Gochugaru Coconut Pudding — sweet, spicy, comforting and just a little unexpected.
